How to measure
【Important Notes】
Measurement errors often occur for reasons such as "measuring carelessly," "using a size from a previous order without re-measuring," "measuring only once," "measuring over clothing," or "not checking the measurement instructions."
◆To prevent measurement errors, please have someone else take your measurements at least twice.
◆Please take measurements wearing a swimsuit or underwear, or in a state close to nudity.
◆Stand in a natural posture, and measure by pressing the tape measure firmly against your body, then slightly loosening it.

1. Height
This is very important.
Measure accurately.
2. Weight
Stand correctly on the scale and read the measurement accurately.
3. Neck circumference (narrowest part)
Measure the narrowest part of your neck, below your Adam's apple.
4. Shoulder width
Measure the distance from shoulder point, through cervical point (point A), to shoulder point.
5. Chest (circumference at the widest part)
Measure the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed and in a natural position.
6. Abdominal circumference (at its largest)
This section should be measured with the tape measure pulled slightly taut, without any slack.
Measure the narrowest part just above your navel, after taking a light breath in and then lightly exhaling.
7. Hip Circumference (widest part)
Measure the widest part of your hips, standing naturally.
8. height
Be careful not to hunch your back.
Measure from the cervical point (point A) to the tailbone, following the curve of the body.
9. Sleeve length
With your arm extended 45 degrees, measure from point A (cervical point) to the shoulder point to the wrist point (the protrusion on the wrist, the wrist bone).
10. Sleeve length
With your arm extended at a 45-degree angle, measure from the shoulder point to the wrist point (the prominent bone at your wrist, the wrist bone).
11. Upper arm circumference
With arm abducted 45 degrees, measure around the circumference from the armpit to the acromial point.
12. Upper arm (biceps)
With your arm at a 45-degree angle, measure around the thickest part of your biceps.
13. Elbow circumference (minimum part)
With your arm extended 45 degrees, measure the narrowest part just above the elbow joint.
14. Lower jaw enclosure
Open your arm to a 45-degree angle and measure the thickest part just below the elbow joint.
15. Wrist circumference
The circumference of the narrowest part of your wrist, just above the wrist bone. This area is prone to water ingress, so please measure accurately.
16.Inseam
Measure the distance from the center of the inner thigh (crotch) to the medial malleolus (tip of the inner ankle bone).
17. Thigh circumference
Measure the widest part of your thigh, near the crotch, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
18. Upper thigh circumference (narrowest part)
Circumference around the area above the kneecap.
19. Minimum calf circumference
The circumference around the narrowest part below the kneecap
20. Calf
Circumference around the largest part of the calf.
21. Ankles
The circumference of the narrowest part just above the medial malleolus (center of the inner ankle bone). Please measure accurately, as this area is prone to water penetration.
22. Shin length
Length from the inner side of the center of the kneecap to the medial malleolus (tip of the inner ankle bone).
For women only
23. Bust
Measure the circumference of the bust at its fullest point, in a completely natural stance.
24. Underbust
Measure the circumference just below the bust.
25. Nipple drop
Measure the vertical distance from the nipple to the shoulder line.
26. Nipple-to-nipple
Measure the distance between the two nipples.
