If there is a mistake on our part, such as receiving a product different from what was ordered, we will exchange the product as quickly as possible. In principle, we will only respond to inquiries made within the response period.
If there are any defects, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of product arrival.

We cannot accept any "returns or exchanges" due to customer's convenience, such as "the product is different from what I expected," "the size doesn't fit," "I ordered it but no longer need it," or "I made a mistake with the order size." Please be sure to confirm the "size" and "product" before placing an order.

We cannot accept "returns or exchanges" for products that have been used (including tried on).

We also refuse products that have developed "dirt," "stains," "tears," or "peeling" after being tried on. If you encounter any problems, please first consult us via the inquiry form.

Product Shipping Time Since products are made to order, it will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks after order confirmation (or after payment confirmation for bank transfers).
